Request for early check-in or late check-out is subject to extra charge of ₱300 and depends on availability. Please contact us regarding your request prior to booking.

Yes! Street parking is always free! If you need extra reassurance, you can park your car within our gated property for an extra charge of ₱100 / night.

Breakfast is ₱150 / meal set which includes drinks and is not included in the room rates to keep them as low as possible. They can be pre-ordered upon arrival or preferably the day before so our staff can prepare them first thing in the morning especially on fully-booked days.

Cancellations for bookings through our website are subject to a full refund if notified or cancelled 3 calendar days before check-in date. Please contact us immediately for any change of plans so we can properly assist you properly.

Travelers with pets are recommended to contact us to confirm policies and restrictions before booking. 

• Pet fee is ₱100 / stay.
• Dogs & Cats only (for now)
• Maximum 1 pet per room only.
• Size restriction: 50lbs and below only.
• Pets cannot be left unattended in guests’ rooms. Some of them get sad and howl for you if you’re gone.
• Pets are not allowed in common areas like the garden or fish pond area. We have our own pets around and don’t know if they’ll click as friends right away.
• Pets must be leashed or caged while on hostel property. RQS HOSTEL will not be liable if accidents happen. Let’s keep our babies secure and safe!
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Designated garbage cans for pets will be marked accordingly outside in the garden area. Diapers are highly encouraged! 
• Travel courteously and responsibly, so we can continue to welcome more pets in the future! 

RQS Hostel is a family-friendly accommodation and we like to offer everyone a smoke-free room. A charge of ₱5,000 will be collected if caught breaking our rule. There are designated smoking areas in the property. Please ask our staff for the location to avoid extra penalties.
